FAST PLAYER – سياسة الخصوصية

FAST PLAYER مشغّل وسائط فقط لتلفزيونات سامسونج الذكية، ولا يحتوي أي قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات. يتصل المستخدم بسيرفر مزوّد الخدمة الخاص به، وهو المسؤول عن المحتوى وعن ترخيصه.
البيانات التي نجمعها لتفعيل الجهاز
لتفعيل التطبيق وإدارة التجربة المجانية والاشتراك، يرسل التطبيق إلى خدمة FAST PLAYER (fastplayer.online) عبر اتصال مشفّر: رقم الشبكة السلكية للتلفزيون (MAC)، ومعرّف الجهاز من سامسونج (DUID)، وطراز التلفزيون وإصدار نظامه. نحفظ معها حالة التفعيل وتاريخ انتهائه وآخر وقت اتصال وعنوان IP. لا تُستخدم هذه البيانات لأي غرض آخر ولا تُباع أو تُشارك.
كود السيرفر
عند إدخال كود سيرفر، يُرسل التطبيق الكود إلى خدمة FAST PLAYER لمعرفة عنوان السيرفر المرتبط به.
بيانات اشتراكك لدى مزوّد الخدمة
نحفظ اسم الحساب واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وعنوان أو كود السيرفر مشفّرة (AES-256) لدى خدمة FAST PLAYER، حتى تتمكن من إدارتها من صفحة إدارة تطبيقي باستخدام رقم الجهاز (MAC) ومفتاح الجهاز الظاهرين في التطبيق، وحتى تظهر تلقائياً على تلفزيونك. تُستخدم فقط لتسجيل دخولك إلى سيرفر مزوّد الخدمة، ولا تُعرض كلمة المرور في الموقع ولا تُشارك مع أحد. على التلفزيون تُحفظ كلمة المرور في مخزن المفاتيح الآمن. المفضلة وما شوهد مؤخراً ومواضع التشغيل تبقى على التلفزيون فقط.
الدفع
عند شراء تفعيل أو نقاط من موقعنا يتم الدفع عبر PayPal. لا نرى ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك أو حسابك في PayPal؛ نحفظ فقط رقم العملية والمبلغ والعملة وبريد الدافع الذي يرسله PayPal، لإثبات الدفع وخدمة العملاء.
ما لا يفعله التطبيق
لا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبع أو تحليل، ولا بيع أو مشاركة لبياناتك، ولا وصول للكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو الموقع.
مدة الحفظ وحقوقك
نحتفظ ببيانات التفعيل طوال فترة استخدام الجهاز وحتى 12 شهراً بعد آخر اتصال، ثم تُحذف. يمكنك حذف بياناتك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← «حذف بياناتي من الجهاز» (تُحذف من التلفزيون ومن خدمتنا)، أو حذف اشتراكاتك من صفحة إدارة تطبيقي، ويمكنك طلب حذف بيانات التفعيل من الخدمة بمراسلتنا.

FAST PLAYER is a media player for Samsung Smart TVs and contains no channels, movies or series. Users connect to their own service provider's server, which is responsible for its content and licensing.
Data we collect to activate the TV
To activate the app and manage the free trial and subscription, the app sends the FAST PLAYER service (fastplayer.online), over an encrypted connection: the TV's wired network address (MAC), Samsung device ID (DUID), TV model and firmware version. We store these with the activation status, expiry date, last check-in time and IP address. They are used for nothing else and are never sold or shared.
Server code
When you enter a server code, the app sends it to the FAST PLAYER service to look up the linked server address.
Your provider account
We store the account name, username, password and server address or code encrypted (AES-256) on the FAST PLAYER service, so you can manage them on the My TV page using the device number (MAC) and device key shown in the app, and so they appear on your TV automatically. They are used only to sign you in to your provider's server; the password is never shown on the website and never shared. On the TV the password is kept in secure key storage. Favorites, recently watched items and playback positions stay on your TV only.
Payments
Activations and points bought on our website are paid through PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal account details; we keep only the transaction ID, amount, currency and the payer email PayPal sends us, as proof of payment and for support.
What the app does not do
No ads, no tracking or analytics, no selling or sharing of your data, and no access to the camera, microphone or location.
Retention and your rights
Activation data is kept while the TV is in use and up to 12 months after its last check-in, then deleted. You can delete your data at any time in Settings → "Delete my data from this TV" (removes it from the TV and our service) or remove accounts on the My TV page, and you can ask us to delete your activation data by email.
