ما هو FAST PLAYER
FAST PLAYER مشغّل وسائط لتلفزيونات سامسونج الذكية. لا يحتوي التطبيق ولا موقعنا على أي قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات، ولا نبيع أي محتوى ولا نستضيفه ولا نوفّر روابط له. يضيف المستخدم بنفسه بيانات خدمة يملكها لدى مزوّد خارجي.
مسؤولية المحتوى
أنت مسؤول عن أن تكون الخدمة التي تضيفها قانونية ومرخّصة في بلدك. مزوّد الخدمة وحده مسؤول عن محتواه وجودته وتوفّره. لا يجوز استخدام التطبيق لمشاهدة أو توزيع محتوى دون إذن أصحاب حقوقه، ويحق لنا إيقاف أي جهاز يُستخدم لذلك.
التجربة المجانية والتفعيل
يحصل كل تلفزيون على تجربة مجانية للتطبيق نفسه. بعد انتهائها يمكن تفعيل التطبيق على التلفزيون لمدة محددة، من موزّع معتمد أو من صفحة إدارة تطبيقي. التفعيل يخص تطبيق المشغّل فقط على ذلك التلفزيون، ولا يشمل أي اشتراك أو محتوى لدى مزوّد خدمتك.
الدفع والاسترداد
المدفوعات على موقعنا تتم عبر PayPal. إذا لم يتفعّل التطبيق بعد الدفع، تواصل معنا وسنفعّله أو نعيد المبلغ. بعد تفعيل التطبيق لا يُسترد المبلغ إلا إذا تعذّر تشغيل التطبيق على تلفزيونك بسبب خلل منا.
حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا نضمن عمل خدمات مزوّدين آخرين أو توافقها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاعها.

What FAST PLAYER is
FAST PLAYER is a media player for Samsung Smart TVs. Neither the app nor our website contains any channels, movies or series, and we do not sell, host or link to any content. Users add details of a service they already have with a third-party provider.
Responsibility for content
You are responsible for making sure that any service you add is legal and licensed in your country. The provider alone is responsible for its content, quality and availability. You may not use the app to watch or distribute content without the rights holders' permission, and we may suspend any TV used that way.
Free trial and activation
Each TV gets a free trial of the app itself. After the trial, the app can be activated on that TV for a set period, either through an authorized reseller or on the My TV page. Activation covers only the player app on that TV. It does not include any subscription or content from your provider.
Payments and refunds
Payments on our website are made through PayPal. If the app is not activated after you pay, contact us and we will activate it or refund you. Once the app is activated, payments are refunded only if the app cannot run on your TV because of a fault on our side.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that third-party services will work or be compatible with it, and we are not responsible if they stop working.
